For the first time Lviv will host a series of free training sessions Open Run Day on the eve of the 3rd Molokiya Lviv Half Marathon
On June 10 Lviv will host an international half marathon 3rd Molokiya Lviv Half Marathon. For the residents of Lviv to be better prepared for the upcoming race, the organizer of the race, the Run Ukraine company, along with the running club Run4U, for the first time starts the series of free running training sessions Open Run Day.
The program includes 3 free training sessions Open Run Day, and any resident or visitor of the city of Lviv is invited to join in. The training session is planned for both amateurs and experienced runners.
The training session will take place in two groups:
Group «А» – for runners of an average level of training, experienced runners, those who plan to run a half marathon;
Groups «В» – for those who are not training on s regular basis and those planning to run 2 km or even 5 km on June 10.
The training sessions will take place on May 20, May 27 and June 3 at 9:00 a.m. at the address: 4 Kozelntyska street, Sheptytskyi Center.
Please, come 20 minutes early.
